Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
· Custom-designed items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
· Please contact us at info@bakeryuse.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
· Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
1. Eligibility for Refunds
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6 Business days.
2. Non-Refundable Items
· Custom-designed items that are personalized.
· Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
