Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns 

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· Custom-designed items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

· Please contact us at info@bakeryuse.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

· Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6 Business days.

2. Non-Refundable Items

· Custom-designed items that are personalized.

· Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

1. Shipment Processing Time

· Personalized orders are processed within 3-4 business days after you approve the design in the confirmation email, All other orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

· If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery to the United States 

· International UPS Express (The maximum weight per order is 45lbs) - 7-12 Business Days

· International Standard Shipping (Price starts from the minimum weight of 27lbs, the maximum weight per order is 110lbs) - 21-26 Business Days

​3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
