We recommend using our custom design service for only $19 per order to enhance brand impact.

Provide your design ideas and upload the necessary elements you want on the paper cups, such as your logo, special icons, background images, or Pantone colors.

Once you place the order with our custom design service, a digital design image will be sent within 2-5 business days. Production of the item will begin once you approve the design in the confirmation email.
Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· Custom-designed items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

· Please contact us at info@bakeryuse.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

· Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6 Business days.

2. Non-Refundable Items

· Custom-designed items that are personalized.

· Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
1. Shipment Processing Time

· Personalized orders are processed within 3-4 business days after you approve the design in the confirmation email, All other orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

· If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
